Biddulph Methodist Church is a community church based in the town centre. In 2004 the Church decided to redevelop the site in order to offer new facilities for the whole community. This was the beginning of the project that became The Victoria Centre.
During the week the Victoria Centre is used by approximately 20 groups including a Toddlers group, self defence classes, U3A, Craft groups, Rainbows and Brownies, Slimming groups, and the Biddulph and District Youth Orchestra. Some of these groups are church sponsored, but many run independently of the church.
A focal point for community activities is the café and market held on Friday mornings each week. The occasion is very well supported by the local community. Proceeds from the market support mainly Christian Aid but also other local charities.

Worship Each Sunday there are two services plus Messy Church (Craft based worship for Children and families followed by tea) usually on the last Sunday of the month.
Sunday Morning (10.45 am) worship is lively with varied styles led by a minister, local preachers and worship leader. Music is very important to the church being led by collaboration of organ and praise band. The church does not approach music as traditional and contemporary but rather what is the right piece of music for the occasion. The age range of the congregation is very mixed.
The evening worship (6pm) is quieter and more reflective. The congregation appreciate a more traditional style of worship, but engage well with the worship.
Rainbows and Brownies Rainbows meet on Thursday at 6pm and Brownies meet on Friday evening at 6.15pm.
Toddlers The toddlers group meets on Thursday mornings and is a good vibrant group of children and their family who meet to enjoy fellowship and fun.
